Baking has been part of Tracy’s life since childhood, long before it was ever a business. What started as a hobby and a way to unwind turned into cookies our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about, until they told us to start selling. We listened. 904 Cookie Co. was incorporated in 2026, and we now bake more than thirty flavors from our First Coast kitchen, with more always in the works.

Every cookie we make is handcrafted to order, never mass-produced or left sitting on a shelf. We bake in small batches with quality ingredients because we believe a cookie should taste like someone made it for you, since someone did. Whether it is a treat for yourself or a gift for someone else, our goal is simple: cookies worth sharing, and moments worth remembering.

Tracy is the baker and the brains behind every 904 Cookie Co. creation. She has loved baking since childhood, and that lifelong passion shows up in each handcrafted batch. From dreaming up new flavors to perfecting the classics, Tracy pours heart into everything that leaves our kitchen.

Jason Kropidlowski — Manager

Jason, Tracy’s husband and a proud U.S. military veteran, keeps 904 Cookie Co. running behind the scenes. After years of serving his country, he now helps serve happy customers across Florida, handling the business side so Tracy can focus on what she does best, baking.
